★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je pravda, že tady Vám dají hodně najevo, pokud si přijdete pro novou baterii do hodinek a nejsou kupované u nich. Je to skoro jako by jste je obtěžovali. Pokud je ta práce nebaví, tak ať to nedělají, v Lidlu berou u pokladny pořád. Já jsem zaplatil za výměnu baterie v hodinkách cca 200,-Kč. To mi jí možná ještě pozlatili a nevím o tom.
Další věc, odcházíte bez dokladu. Nikdo mi doklad ani nenabídl. Prostě jen tady jsou hodinky a hotovo. Co na to ČOI ?
 It is true that they will give you a lot of information if you come for a new watch battery and are not bought from them. It's almost like you bothered them. If they don't like it, let them do it at Lidl all the time. I paid about 200, -CZK for changing the battery in my watch. Maybe they'd glitter it for me, and I don't know about it.
Another thing you leave without a document. Nobody offered me a document. Just here's the watch and it's done. What about the CTI?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úplně arogantní chování. Šla jsem tam s tím ze bych potrebovala vymezování kroužek do hodinek pro osicku z náramků. A co udělali? Nastrihli mi náramek aby tam dali jinou osicku tím pádem mi zničili nový pasek a ještě ten pasek nešel už vůbec sundat prý když ho budu chtít vyměnit tak musím pokaždé k nim aby mi ho vyměnili. Za to chtěli zaplatit a ještě si dovolili říct buďte rada ze to aspoň nějak mate. Už nikdy více a s ničím. Arogantní neprofesionální chování. Absolutně nedoporučuji
Totally arrogant behavior. I went there with the idea that I would need to define a watch ring for an aspen made of bracelets. And what did they do? They cut a bracelet for me to put another aspen there, thus destroying my new belt and the belt could not be removed at all, it is said that if I want to replace it, I always have to go to them to exchange it for me. They wanted to pay for it and still dared to say be happy that at least you are somehow confused. Never again and with nothing. Arrogant unprofessional behavior. I absolutely do not recommend
