★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný hřbitov kousek od obce Kovanice je chráněn jako kulturní památka. Byl založen v roce 1830, areál hřbitova je v původní podobě. Sloužil k pohřbům širokému okolí - např . Nymburk, Poděbrady, Křinec. .. Dochovalo se 247 náhrobků a je znát, že se židovská obec o tuto památku stará a to je dobře . U vchodu je pamětní deska obětem 2.sv.války. Krásné místo.
Beautiful cemetery near the village Kovanice is protected as a cultural monument. Founded in 1830, the cemetery grounds are in their original form. It was used for funerals of wide surroundings - eg. Nymburk, Podebrady, Krinec. .. 247 tombstones have been preserved and it is obvious that the Jewish community takes care of this monument and that is good. At the entrance is a memorial plaque to victims of WWII. Beautiful place.
