Dnes 14.2.2021 a deka stále nedodána- paní z eshopu ani nereaguje na předchozí dva dotazy, kdy bude zboží dodáno. V lednu se mi podařilo telefonicky zastihnout zástupce eshopu (na emaily nikdo nereaguje), bylo potvrzeno, že zboží nemají k dispozici a objednávka byla stornována. Nicméně platba za zboží k dnešnímu dni vrácena nebyla. Ze strany eshopu nulová komunikace a naprosto otřesný přístup. B	Bára Šedová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3. března jsem si na eshopu objednala a následně hned zaplatila objednávku (fleecová deka od Kentauru). Když mi ani po týdnu nepřišlo žádné potvrzení o přijetí platby, tak se mi podařilo paní po několika dnech dovolat. Řekla mi, že na eshopu bylo napsáno, že není skladem, že je na dotaz. V den, kdy jsem si deku objednávala tam bylo zeleně napsáno "skladem do 10 dnů". Nejsem hloupá, nezaplatila bych něco, co by nebylo na skladě, kdybych to veděla.. Následně mi paní řekla, že deka bude koncem března a že mi teda pošlete potvzení o platbě. 8. dubna se mi opět asi po týdnu podařilo paní dovolat a zrušily jsme objednávku s tím, že mi pošle peníze zpět. Podle zákona má na vrácení 30 dní.. Je 12. května, paní volám už asi dva týdny třikrát denně a nebere mi to... Peníze samozřejmě nikde.. Nikdy jsem se s takovýmto jednáním nesetkala. Then the lady told me that the blanket would be at the end of March and that you would send me a confirmation of payment. On April 8, I managed to call the lady again after about a week and we canceled the order and sent me the money back. By law, he has 30 days to return it .. It's May 12, I've been calling the lady for about two weeks three times a day and she doesn't take it from me ... Money, of course, nowhere .. I've never encountered such an act. IT'S ONE BIG FRAUD!

Na FB jsou aktivni s reklamami, ale jinak se jedna o naprosto bogusovy podnik. ATTENTION. This is a fraudulent e-shop. I bought a parasol that never arrived. Mobile or email doesn't work. There are many complaints on FB and here on Google Maps. They are active on advertising on FB, but otherwise it is a completely bogus company.

Zajímalo by mě, jestli někdo podal oznámení PČR? Kdyby nás bylo více, mohlo by se to částkou vyšplhat na hranici trestného činu.
