★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vstřícnost, ochota, férové jednání, výborná domluva. Po zkušenostech s jiným automechanikem, o kterém jsem si myslela, že je opravdu dobrý, si tohoto automechanika nemůžu vynachválit. Zjistili jsme, že předchozí automechanik svoji práci neodváděl úplně dobře a při svých velkých nájezdech si nemůžu takovou práci na autě dovolit, proto jsem za tohoto automechanika vděčná a velmi oceňuji jeho přístup k práci. Vždy mi všechno podrobně vysvětlí a pokud potřebuji něco na co se nezaměřuje, tak mi to řekne na rovinu.
Friendliness, willingness, fair dealing, excellent agreement. After experience with another car mechanic, whom I thought was really good, I can't praise this car mechanic. We found out that the previous car mechanic did not do his job well and during my big raids I can't afford such work on a car, so I'm grateful for this car mechanic and I really appreciate his approach to work. He always explains everything to me in detail, and if I need something he doesn't focus on, he'll tell me straight.
