jídlo vlažné... chápu, že toho může být hodně, ale asi dalších služeb nevyužiji. Vadil mi hlavně ten čas.

Příjezd v čas, objednávka byla v pořádku ALE jídlo totálně studené!
Pořád nechápete, že se musí studený salát a pití oddělit a nenahazet to do jedné tašky spolu s teplým jídlem...? Pokud je to zabalené rovnou z restaurace, tak by nebylo na škodu to vysvětlit i restauracim a to z jednoho prostého důvodu. Nejen, že u mě skončila tato rozvozova služba, ale bohužel taky ta restaurace, která jidlo připravila. A to jen proto, že to jedna ze stran neumí zabalit jako člověk.
Nejlepší jsou na jejich stránkách kontakty - telefonický žádný, a jejich chat ala "Napište nám" je opravdu asi jen pro pochvaly, protože na stížnost mi nikdo už asi týden neodpověděl.

Arriving on time, the order was fine BUT the food totally cold!
You still don't understand that a cold salad and a drink have to be separated and not thrown into one bag together with hot food ...? If it's packaged straight from the restaurant, it wouldn't hurt to explain it to the restaurant for one simple reason. Not only did this delivery service end with me, but unfortunately also the restaurant that prepared the food. And only because one of the parties can't wrap it up like a human being.
The best on their website are contacts - none by phone, and their chat ala "Write to us" is really only for praise, because no one has answered my complaint for about a week.
