★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bývalé vojenské letiště. Zajímavý je pohled na vojenské hangáry. Moderní terminál. Úžasná byla možnost proběhnout se po letišti v rámci běhu RunCzech☺️
Former military airport. The view of the military hangars is interesting. Modern terminal. The opportunity to run around the airport as part of the RunCzech☺️ run was amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurzer Ausflug mit dem Flieger nach Budweis, absolut freundliches Personal. War das erste mal da, hatten nicht viel Zeit nur 2 Stunden. Es hat mir aber gut gefallen. Leckeres Essen inklusive.
Short trip by plane to Budweis, absolutely friendly staff. Was the first time there, didn't have much time only 2 hours. But I liked it. Delicious food included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting and historic place. This is a defunct Air base of the Czechoslovak Air Force. Since the fall of the iron curtain, pretty much nothing changed. A weird collection of bunkers, fighter hangars and myriads of taxiways. Great photo spot. Don’t expect any actual flight operations here - beside the occasional hobby flyer.
