★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal service. The waiter approaches the table after half an hour of waiting and before the acceptance of the order I warn you that you will have to wait another 20 minutes. More than half of the tables in the café free ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Which is what you'll be doing most of the time because it'll take a good 20 minutes to get served. It's not that they're busy. The staff just like to chill as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just find a different place to go for a coffee. Latte macchiato is too milky. That didn’t happen once or twice. We gave so many shots to this place but it just doesn’t work out. An old Jiné Café was 1000 times better since they used different kind of coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One would think that a clean toilets and ENOUGH of toilet paper is a basic standard in any coffee shop. Not in this one !! When I approached one of the waitresses just to point out there is no toilet paper she did not respond, so I waited a bit longer if she actually heard what I said. ..so I received impolite look :"I am busy now" !! Ladies you better organise your work place that paying customers don't have to ask you for a luxury of having enough toilet paper and if a mistake happened it was better to say " sorry about that and thanks for reminding us" ...plus it looks like it doesn't matter how busy you might feel the service is slow and ice cream was forgotten anyway ....I understand "being busy" or making mistakes, but being rude for not making your job properly is not acceptable :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: This place is legendary. Jiné Café had the urban/hipsterish/airspace (yet original in many ways) aesthetics before it was even a thing. The atmosphere is just incredible and so is the view. Interior design is world class. Coffee is amazing as well.
Cons: The snacks and sweets served are mediocre. It's also the last place on Earth not accepting credit cards or Apple/Google Pay (apparently it's the owner's deliberate decision)
In conclusion: Don't miss this one when in UH, Jiné Café is one of the things that make people from other cities jealous.
