Kdyz člověk na jidlo čeká a ještě dostane něco, co se už válí nějakou dobu na pultě, to moc profesionalni neni. Hranolky stoji stejně jak v restauraci navíc, tak by člověk cekal, ze budou čerstvé. A v případě takového "kolosu", jako je JIP, kde vidíte i do vnitřní struktury a "střev" musíte smeknout před systémem práce a náročnosti na lidi. To mluvím o skladovém hospodářství, to co člověk pak vidí nahoře, na prodejně, je jen třešnička na dortu. Za mne sqělá práce! Uchvátilo mne jak dbají na čerstvost a čistotu. A úsek ryb? Super ??
