★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme si čištění 3 potrubí od této firmy. Jejich jediným cílem je strčit tam kameru, říct "máte to ucpané, je tam špunt a je to v tak hrozném stavu, že vyčistit to nejde", zkásnout peníze a odjet. Ze 3 potrubí nevyřešili ani jedno. Zaplatili jsme 1800,- a výsledek žádný. Technik byl velmi arogantní a odřel nám nové hliníkové dveře jak rval hadici dovnitř domu. Načež jsme zavolali firmu JVK, přijel pan Ing. Kubík a kameraman. Přijeli hned druhý den, a vyřešili mi všechny 3 kanalizační roury. A ještě k tomu levněji. A zjistili, že ta roura co mi od Fa Duda napsali že má ucpávku 13 metrů daleko měří jen 8 metrů a byla jen ucpaná revizní šachta!! Když jsem do firmy Duda následně volala se stížností a dotazem jak může mít 8-mi metrová kanalizace ucpávku 13 metrů daleko, tak byli arogantní, chybu neuznali a řekli tak si příště zavolejte někoho jiného. Pozor na firmu kanalizace Duda-jsou to vyhozené peníze!
We ordered 3 pipe cleaning from this company. Their only goal is to put the camera in there, say "it's clogged, there's a plug and it's in such a terrible condition that it can't be cleaned up", to get money and leave. Of the 3 pipelines, none were solved. We paid 1800, - and no result. The technician was very arrogant and scraped off a new aluminum door as he tore the hose inside the house. Then we called JVK, Mr. Ing. Kubík and cameraman. They arrived the next day and solved all 3 sewer pipes. And even cheaper. And they found that the pipe they wrote to me from Fa Dud, that it has a seal 13 meters away, only 8 meters and was just a clogged manhole !! When I then called Duda with a complaint and asking how the 8-meter sewer can have a seal 13 meters away, they were arrogant, they did not acknowledge the mistake and so they call someone else next time. Beware of the Duda sewer company - it's wasted money!
