I have lived in six different countries, and I have been to 7 separate schools worldwide. This one was by far the worst one of them all. On my first day here, it felt like I was transported back into the communist era. Most of the curriculum was very outdated. It felt as though we were being taught the same things our parents have been taught, at times even by the same teachers. At this school, there is a multitude of teachers who do not enjoy teaching, which makes the experience terrible for everyone. Some of them seem to teach for the sole reason of having power over children which is just sad. Racism is present here, but that is to be expected. This is the Czech Republic. Don't get me wrong, some teachers and staff do care and try to make the best out of their situation, but this does not make up for all of the shortcomings of the school. I extend my deepest sympathies to all the current, past, and future students of this school. You deserve better.
