★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost,ráno jsem objednala na e shopu a odpoledne dodáno. Vše co jsem potřebovala tak měli skladem. Jen nebyly trámy z modřínu,tak mi obratem zavolali a ochotně nabídli jinou variantu. Moc děkuji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodně nepříjemná obsluha - konkrétně paní, která se chová jako kápo a je velice neochotná poradit. Dostal jsem od ní informaci, že od "radění" tam není, že "ani prodavačka u řezníka mi neporadí jaké maso použít na svíčkovou". Zákazníků mají podle ní dost, takže jí je prý úplně jedno, jestli si tam něco koupím nebo ne. Opravdu zajímavý názor v dnešní době... Poslechl jsem a objednal jinde. Dokonce jsem zjistil, že to co jsem chtěl, mají jinde na skladě k okamžitému odběru. Takže tak.
Very unpleasant staff - specifically a lady who acts like a hood and is very reluctant to advise. I received information from her that since the "advice" there was no, that "even the saleswoman at the butcher will not advise me which meat to use for sirloin". According to her, they have enough customers, so she doesn't care if I buy something there or not. Really interesting opinion nowadays ... I listened and ordered elsewhere. I even found that what I wanted was elsewhere in stock for immediate collection. So that's it.

Druhý den volala paní. Křičela do telefonu, že mnou objednané hranoly nemají a téměř nikdy neměli a co s tím má dělat.
Ptala se, jestli má nachystat kratší nebo objednávku zrušit.
Čas na rozmyšlenou dávala asi jednu sekundu. Objednávku jsem tedy, na dobrou radu paní prodávající, zrušil.
I created an order through the e-shop, where everything is in stock.
The next day the lady called. She shouted into the phone that they didn't and almost never had the prisms I ordered, and what to do with it.
She asked if she should prepare a shorter one or cancel the order.
She gave about one second to think. So, on the good advice of the seller, I canceled the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nebudu hodnotit sortiment, šla jsem pro jednu konkrétní desku. Otevírací doba je od 7:30, v 7:45 jsme vešli do prodejny. Všichni zaměstanci seděli u snídaně v kanceláři. Ani po 10 minutách se nikdo nezvednul, tak jsem je poprosila o obsluhu. Asi neumím vysvětlit stejnou terminologií, co chci, ale když mám desku v ruce a říkám, že potřebuji širší nebo užší (ne stejnou), tak bych očekávala, že mi obsluhující poradí a ne, že mi odpoví, že jsem zmatená. Že místo jedné desky budu muset koupit 10, protože je to tak v balíku, s tím jsem počítala. Ale bohužel chování obsluhy si nezaslouží ani tu jednu hvězdičku.
Na druhou stranu musím říct, že už jsme v tomto obchodě nakupovali i v minulosti a obsluha byla fajn. Bohužel dnešní zážitek byl hodně přes čáru.
I will not evaluate the assortment, I went for one specific record. Opening hours are from 7:30, at 7:45 we entered the store. All employees sat at breakfast in the office. Even after 10 minutes, no one picked up, so I asked them for service. I probably can't explain what I want with the same terminology, but when I have the board in my hand and I say I need a wider or narrower (not the same), I would expect the attendant to advise me and not to answer that I'm confused. That instead of one record I will have to buy 10, because it is so in the package, I expected that. But unfortunately, the behavior of the staff does not deserve a single star.
On the other hand, I must say that we have already shopped in this store in the past and the service was great. Unfortunately, today's experience was well across the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chodil jsem tam pravidelně, ale poslední dobou už ne. Obsluha je hrozná, neporadí, nepomůže, nic, zákazník tam je na obtíž, hlavní je sedět a kouřit. Vrcholem bylo, když jsem zadal větší objednávku online, přišla SMS, že nachystáno, nachystal jsem auto, vyrazil a na prodejněj se dozvěděl, že zboží mezi tím prodali. Mladý muž se snažil být nápomocen, no kouřící paní to uzavřela, že jí to vůbec nezajímá, ať jdu jinam. Tak po několika letech jsem začal chodit k Marušíkovi. Tu 2* jsou za obstojnou kvalitu prodávaného dřeva.
I went there regularly, but not lately. The service is terrible, it does not advise, it does not help, nothing, the customer is a nuisance there, the main thing is to sit and smoke. The highlight was when I placed a larger order online, an SMS arrived that it was ready, I prepared the car, set off and learned at the store that they had sold the goods in the meantime. The young man tried to help, but the smoking lady concluded that she didn't care if I went elsewhere. So after a few years I started going to Marušík. The 2 * are for the decent quality of the wood sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do minulého týdne naprosto super, snědší chlapík perfektní, dlouhovlasý také, ale ten malý skoro plešatý arogant, ten mě vytočil. Tak jsem si ho vychutnal i já. Chování k zákazníkovi absolutně žádné. 3 hvězdy dávám za ty dva další a materiál.
Absolutely cool until last week, a darker guy, perfect, long-haired too, but the little, almost bald, arrogant who called me. So I enjoyed it too. Behavior towards the customer absolutely none. I give 3 stars for the other two and the material.
