★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chlápek bere telefony, komunikuje, je milý. Když slíbí, že zajistí náhradní díl a zavolá... tak nezavolá. Při opětovném zavolání opět slíbí, že zajistí díl a ozve se... a opět nezavolá. Nespolehlivý.
Guy takes the phones, communicates, is nice. When he promises to secure a spare part and makes a call ... he won't call. When he calls again, he promises to secure the part again and speak ... and not to call again. Unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nám pan Jirotka kotel namontovat, slíbil záruční servis. Doklady od kotle nám vozil 2 měsíce. Servis nam sliboval na podzim, do dnešního dne není. Slibuje termíny a pak už se neozve. Takto to šlo několik týdnů a nakonec už telefon ani nebral. Rozhodně nikomu nedoporučuji!
Mr. Jirotka installed the boiler for us, he promised warranty service. He drove us documents from the boiler for 2 months. The service was promised to us in the autumn, it is not to this day. He promises deadlines and then he doesn't call again. It went like this for a few weeks and in the end he didn't even pick up the phone. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone!
