★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dříve jsem cvičil bez trenéra ale nemělo to bohužel očekávané výsledky. Jirka mi dobře poradil co jsem dříve dělal špatně. Jak ohledně techniky cvičení tak i stravování. Navíc je na něj spoleh. Je dochvilný, trpělivý a jeho rady dávají smysl a hlavně pomáhají. Mohu ho s klidným svědomím doporučit.
 I used to train without a coach, but unfortunately it didn't have the expected results. Jirka gave me good advice on what I had done wrong before. Both in terms of exercise technique and eating. Plus, you can count on it. He is punctual, patient and his advice makes sense and, most importantly, helps. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.
