chtěla bych vyjádřit velkou spokojenost s průběhem realizace výměny oken. Docela jsem se bála jak vše bude probíhat, jelikož výměna oken proběhla v domě kde bydlíme. A musím říct, že strach nebyl na místě.
Pánové montážníci přijeli na čas, likvidace starých oken a následné nandání nových proběhlo na jedničku a musím říct, že jsem maximálně spokojena. Montážní parta byla slušná, čistotná a svou práci odvedla dokonale. Okna i vchodové dveře jsou krásné a jsme rádi, že jsme se do rekonstrukce pustili právě s firmou JIS. Vřele doporučuji.

I would like to express my great satisfaction with the course of the implementation of the replacement of windows. I was quite afraid of how everything would go, because the windows were replaced in the house where we live. And I must say that fear was out of place.
The fitters arrived on time, the liquidation of the old windows and the subsequent delivery of the new ones took place in the first place, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied. The assembly was decent, clean and did its job perfectly. The windows and entrance doors are beautiful and we are glad that we started the reconstruction with the JIS company. I warmly recommend.

chci poděkovat firmě JIS za krásné okna, vchodové dveře a HS - portály a perfektně odvedenou montáž. Využila jsem hned i záruční servis ( podařilo se mi za týden po namontování oken hned rozbít sklo), děkuji moc, že jste to stihli v šibeničním termínu, který jsem potřebovala stihnout před odjezdem do zahraničí.

I also used the warranty service (I managed to break the glass immediately a week after installing the windows), thank you very much for making it in the gallows deadline, which I needed to catch before going abroad.

I přesto, že se nás dotkly problémy s nedostatkem materiálů a protáhnutí dodávky, jednali s námi zástupci firmy JIS vždy profesionálně a nakonec uzpůsobili dodání oken našim potřebám. I přesto, že jsem tuto firmu předtím vůbec neznal, mohu jen doporučit.

Despite the fact that we were affected by problems with the lack of materials and delayed delivery, JIS representatives always dealt with us professionally and eventually adapted the delivery of windows to our needs. Even though I didn't know this company at all before, I can only recommend it.

Objednala jsem si velké okno do zahrady (3x2,7m).
Problém nastal v momentě, kdy nedorazili na smluvený den montáže, ačkoliv byl 3 dny předtím emailem potvrzen.
Takže my měli v domě v přízemí otevřený otvor do domu (v prosinci), ve kterém jsme bydleli ! , připravené dělníky k začištění a firma nikde.
Asi si umím představit, že se zapomněli. Nicméně strašným zklamáním byla následná komunikace...nový termín jsem si téměř vyprosila po x telefonátech, žádná omluva, žádná sleva a hrozné chování.
I když technicky jsou okna v pořádku, tak za ten přístup by mi to už znovu nestálo.
Unserious behavior
I ordered a large window to the garden (3x2.7m).
The problem occurred when they did not arrive on the agreed day of assembly, although it was confirmed by email 3 days before.
So we had an open hole in the house on the ground floor (in December), where we lived! , workers ready to clean up and company nowhere.
I guess I can imagine they forgot. However, the terrible disappointment was the subsequent communication ... I almost begged for a new date after x phone calls, no apology, no discount and terrible behavior.
Even if the windows are technically OK, it wouldn't be worth it for me again.
