★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při vstupu do prodejny, pět minut před otvíračkou jsem byl vykázán. Tak jsem se vrátil na déšť. Vrátil jsem se až teda při otvíračce. Nechali mě čekat dost dlouho u pultu (asi abych oschnul) a pak mi rychle sdělili, že požadované kopie klíčů nedělají. Žádná rada, jak bych čekal u odborníků.
When I entered the store, five minutes before the opener, I was banished. So I went back to the rain. I only came back at the opener. They let me wait long enough at the counter (probably to dry) and then quickly told me that they did not make the required copies of the keys. No advice as I would expect from experts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost, mohu jen doporučit a úplně nejvíc největší borec je pan Rozsypal. Pomohl mi i v dost tíživé situaci,když jen ze své vlastní iniciativy ihned reagoval na můj mail a bez váhání mě sám kontaktoval, i když vlastně ani nemusel. Ten člověk má srdce, škoda, že takových lidí není víc. Díky, jste fakt skvělý týpek a hodně velký bouzek;-),mějte se fajn.
Absolutely satisfied, I can only recommend, and the biggest competitor is Mr. Rozsypal. He helped me even in a rather difficult situation when, on his own initiative, he immediately responded to my e-mail and contacted me without hesitation, although he did not even have to. The man has a heart, a pity that there are no more such people. Thanks, you are a really great guy and a lot of awesome ;-), have a good time.
