★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedávno jsem jel vlakem ČD (EC 144 OSTRAVAN) se servisem JLV na palubě vlaku musím vyzdvihnout milý a profesionální přístup dvou pracovníků v restauračním voze. Objednal jsem si polévku (Krémová polévka s černým kořenem, smaženou cibulkou a pažitkou), hlavní chod (Závitek z kuřecího stehna s pečenými bramborami a kukuřicí na špeku) a dezert (Jablečný závin s vanilkovou
omáčkou). Vše bylo dobře připravené a hlavně teplé. Za kvalitní služby jsem personálu poděkoval a dal jim spropitné. Už po několikáté jsem se stravoval ve vlacích ČD a vždy jsem byl spokojený, ať už se jedná o linky EX, IC, EC i SC Pendolino na všech palubách je a byl příjemný personál.
PS: Pokud někdo nadává, na délku času přípravy pokrmů, nebo na neochotný personál tak, ať nejdříve změní chování u sebe, protože já se k lidem vždy chovám mile a příjemné a oni se tak chovají i ke mě a pak co se týče přípravy toho jídla, tak ať si sám zkusí připravovat jídlo v malé kuchyni, kolikrát v drncajicím vlaku. Chce to prostě chvíli vydržet.
 I recently took a train on ČD (EC 144 OSTRAVAN) with JLV service on board the train. I have to highlight the kind and professional approach of two workers in a restaurant car. I ordered soup (cream soup with black root, fried onion and chives), main course (chicken leg roll with baked potatoes and corn on the bacon) and dessert (apple strudel with vanilla
sauce). Everything was well prepared and especially warm. I thanked the staff for the quality service and tipped them. I have been eating on ČD trains several times and I have always been satisfied, whether it is the EX, IC, EC and SC Pendolino lines, there are and pleasant staff on all decks.
PS: If someone is cursing, for the length of time of cooking, or for reluctant staff, first let them change their behavior, because I always treat people nice and pleasant and they treat me like that and then when it comes to preparing meals, so let him try to prepare his own food in the small kitchen, how many times on the rattling train. It just wants to last a while.

I was really sad and depressed.
So i sent the e-mail to JLV.
They replied immediately. Finally, I found my headphone! I really happy. They are really nice and kind.
