Pleasant atmosphere, educated, experienced and responsive lecturers, connection with eastern and western medicine, new elements and knowledge gradually in lessons. Great and unique workshops! I definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za posledních 9 let jsem navštívila velké množství jógových kurzů v různých prostorách. Kurzy v jógacentru patří mezi ty,kam se ráda vracím. Jsou uzavřené a komorní,lektoři se plně věnují cvičícím.Když někdo cvičí jinak,než by měl,pozici mu náležitě opraví,případně mu doporučí nějakou cvičení pomůcku,aby si dotyčný pozici vylepšil.Na kurzech panuje přátelská,téměř rodinná atmosféra.Lektoři ve svém volném čase studují fyzioterapii a jógu cvičí dlouho a mají jí opravdu za srdcovou záležitost. Každá hodina je jiná,má hlavu a patu a člověka vnitřně obohacuje.Cvičení zde všem doporučuji. Jsem za toto místo vděčná a děkuji???.
Over the last 9 years, I have attended a large number of yoga classes in various spaces. The courses at the yoga center are among those I like to return to. They are closed and intimate, the lecturers are fully dedicated to the trainers. When someone trains differently than they should, they will correct their position accordingly, or recommend an exercise aid to improve the position. in their free time they study physiotherapy and practice yoga for a long time and they really have it as a matter of the heart. Every lesson is different, it has a head and a heel and it internally enriches a person. I recommend the exercise to everyone here. I am grateful for this place and thank you???.
