Napoprvé pokazili podlahu v kuchyni, bohužel žena jim dala druhou šanci v chodbě a pokoji a díky jejich fušeřině máme dodnes lino položené tak, že jsou na něm vydět prohlubně. Pán neodkázal řádně namíchat stěrku (byla z Polska a pán jí dělal poprvé, jak přiznal),ale na penězích trval ihned. Bohužel jsem při předávce nebyl, jinak bych ho i s linem poslal zpátky na učiliště, aby se naučil pokládat podlahy. Na reklamaci nám dodnes nikdo neodpověděl!!! Pokud si tuto firmu objednáte, buďte při předávce nekompromisní a trvajte na odstranění vad ihned, peníze rozhodně nedávat, protože pak už se nikoho nedovoláte.
Our absolutely appalling experience with this company. The first time they broke the floor in the kitchen, unfortunately the woman gave them a second chance in the hallway and the room and thanks to their fuss we still have the linen laid so that there are depressions on it. The Lord did not refer properly to the spatula (it was from Poland and the master did it for the first time, as he admitted), but he insisted on the money immediately. Unfortunately, I was not at the handover, otherwise I would send him and the linen back to the school to learn to lay floors. To this day no one has answered us! If you order this business, be uncompromising when handing over and insist on removing the defects immediately, definitely not give money, because then you will not call anyone.
