huge dissatisfaction, winter barefoot shoes that we bought have a flexible sole (such a file pseudo barefoot), but they glide on a wet surface, moreover, despite the insulation of sheep wool and warm socks, they are cold in them. For me, I am very disappointed with the quality of winter barefoot shoes. When asked for the manufacturer, if I have the price to complain about the shoes, because they slide a lot on a wet surface, they replied that she should not be rejected, I should have bought barefoot shoes in advance and at the same time they say that I am the only one who travels on the fact that they slide. It didn't make sense at all. So communication of the Middle Ages with the manufacturer is such a surprising bonus :)))

Great dissatisfaction, both with shoes and with handling complaints. Mon 3! months of wearing, the barefoot backorkam peeled off the toes and the dryer does not hold at all - both defects are the same on both shoes. We complained in the middle of December, of course no one has reacted yet, everyone probably has a Christmas meeting, but my son has nothing to wear at the school. We will not buy Jonap anymore, we will switch to another brand bf.

Possibility to buy directly from the manufacturer at lower prices than in shoes. Fast order processing. The Jonap slippers we buy all the time are very soft, breathable and comfortable, they would be worth five stars if they had better velcro, because of them you should definitely not count on them for more than half a year.

After a month of Barefoot B7 mesh children's shoes, we found that both shoes had black mold at the bottom (under the insole). The shoes never got wet and we always (even after a slight) wetting (sweat from the feet) we removed the insoles and let the insoles and shoes dry completely in a dry and ventilated place. Nevertheless, the mold has been infected and can no longer be used. We were told in the store that the shoes had to be wet and not dried, which is not true. And that they will not send a complaint that it will definitely be rejected. This has never happened to us in other children's (or adult) shoes, even when soaked. We did not succeed in the manufacturer itself, nor were we allowed to send a complaint, and based on an e-mail inquiry, we were told that a similar case happened to us a few years ago and the complaint was rejected based on expert judgment by specialists from the Czech Footwear and Leather Association. And that the problem is not caused by a product defect, but by improper use and subsequent insufficient treatment of the shoes. We have never encountered this in our other or son's shoes. And they soaked us, but the mold never appeared on them. We will never buy any more shoes from this company.
