★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to takové divné, někdy se tam dají sehnat hry za dobré ceny, jindy je to tam strašně předražené. Prodavači jsou nic moc, snaží se vám stále něco vnutit a když si nechcete nic koupit nejsou moc příjemní.
It's so weird, sometimes you can get games there for good prices, other times it's terribly overpriced. The sellers are not much, they are still trying to force something on you and if you don't want to buy anything, they are not very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Občas dost předražené hry a sortiment, ale zase možnost bazarovek, merche atd. Jejich systém výhod nic moc, nákupy za 30k a sleva asi 300 Kč nebo nějak tak, věrnostní program by chtěl předělávku. Obsluha je prostě super, vždycky pokecáme o hrách, nebo o situaci na herní scéně, nikdy jsem neměl problém.
Occasionally enough overpriced games and assortment, but again the opportunity bazarovek, merch, etc. Their system of benefits not much, shopping for 30k and a discount of about 300 CZK or something, loyalty program would like a remake. The operation is just great, we always talk about games or the situation on the game scene, I never had a problem.

High prices even for older games. They have nothing in stock, only what is overpriced. I personally recommend the game world in Liberec, here the Mafia trilogy for 1030kc, in JRC 1600?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní, nepříjemná obsluha. Pan majitel by měl všechny na této pobočce vyhodit. Hlavně obtloustlého pana prodavače na pobočce v Nisa Liberec.
Arrogant, unpleasant service. The owner should fire everyone at this branch. Especially the chubby salesman at the branch in Nisa Liberec.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší obsluha co jsem kdy v JRC zažil. Vyžranej arogantní blbeček s nějakou blonďatou trubkou nejsou schopni ani poskytnout základní zákaznický servis. Hry mi poradil a vybral náhodný zákazník oni ani neudělali krok od pultu. Takže už nikdy více.
The worst service I've ever experienced at JRC. Eaten arrogant nerd with some blonde tube they can't even provide basic customer service. The games were advised and picked by a random customer they didn't even take a step from the counter. So never again.
