Nice apartments with considerable defects. An example is recuperation, which is rarely functional, noisy and insufficient to ventilate. Noise in the apartment is similar to other new buildings. Developer's lax approach to complaints is tiring and humiliating.

Apartments nice, but the behavior towards clients knows no limits to fraud and a lot of illegal behavior. From excuses, delays, fairy tales to illegal formulations in the contract clearly disadvantageous to the buyer. If you are not interested in anything and you do not care for what you give money and what you sign then no problem.

Never trust anyone in this company that is not written in black and white and notarized. Oral agreement means nothing, promises what they know will not. Their broker has misled us, just for their own commission. She told us that the building (a temporary building that had been built before the revolution), in which the object of rent (office), was to be demolished, but certainly not earlier than in two years. In good faith, we invested about 150,000 in construction work, and, after half a year, the lease contract was terminated with a two-month contract period, as the building is set to land in September. I strongly doubt that at the time of conclusion of the contract the broker had no idea that the building was to be demolished in September, as demolition and, above all, the construction of a residential building in Prague required several months of solution by the Office, but certainly more than 6 months. This company not only destroyed my beginnings in the entertainment industry, a product that required hundreds of hours of work to create, with almost 100% positive feedback from our clients. But what freezes me most is the absurdly cynical, humanly incomprehensible attitude of their broker, who for the stupid few hundreds of their own enrichment commissions from the concluded contract owed us the above-mentioned amount, ie 150 000 CZK, which were invested in construction work. The only positive thing is the experience, never believing anything that is not written in black and white, and what you promise, even if the person is credible and honest to you, especially never to trust real estate agents who would let you sell to the authorities for commission.
