★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborná zkušenost s touto firmou při stavbě rodinného domu od 04/2019 do 06/2020 v ČB. Firma se postarala komplet o hrubou stavbu, vnější i vnitřní práce a venkovní úpravy. Mají seznam subdodavatelů(okna, dveře, podlahy,... ) a pokud s nimi souhlasíte, firma se postará o vzájemnou koordinaci. Práce tak na sebe krásně navazovaly. Výborná komunikace, všechny činnosti si firma nechá předem potvrdit, fakturace vždy detailní a položky vždy jasně popsány. Velké plus za to, že firma nechce zálohy, ale platí se až po provedení prací a schválení faktury. Také ochotně reagovali a přizpůsobili se změnám a požadavkům, které jsme si během stavby vymysleli. I náš nezávislý stavební dozor ji na kontrolních dnech pravidelně chválil.
 Excellent experience with this company in the construction of a family house from 04/2019 to 06/2020 in B&W. The company took care of the complete construction, external and internal work and exterior modifications. They have a list of subcontractors (windows, doors, floors, ...) and if you agree with them, the company will take care of mutual coordination. The works were beautifully connected. Excellent communication, the company has all activities confirmed in advance, invoicing is always detailed and items are always clearly described. A big plus for the fact that the company does not want a down payment, but it is paid only after the work has been done and the invoice has been approved. They were also willing to respond and adapt to the changes and requirements we came up with during the construction. Our independent construction supervision also regularly praised it at inspection days.
