Mohu jen doporučit. Děkuji Mrs. Jana is a great professional, super fast remote agreement, translation processing and the whole process of superlegalization took less than 48 hours, even though the lady said she needed about a week. Then tried to make me buy something, which may have due to a communication problem, but that only emphasizes the incompetence with translating. Once I informed them that I wasn't going to pay for their overpriced mistake, they were quite rude and impolitely "tossed" my translations at me.

I asked them to provide apostille for my birth certificate, however, instead of apostille I only received a proof of legalisation. I only found out when the authorities in another country refused to accept my birth certificate as it did not have apostille. When I informed JSV that what they provided to me was not apostille but legalisation, they first claimed that what they gave me was apostille. Later they accepted that it was truly not apostille but all of a sudden started blaming me for not being clear in my ask even though I clearly wrote to them in the beginning that I needed apostille. I was shocked as in one of the very first emails, they also claimed that following the apostille I will be able to use the birth certificate anywhere in the world, which was definitely not the case. To finish it off, they started offering me superlegalisation of the birth certificate. This did not make sense as all that authorities required was a simple apostille. Gradually, JSV’s approach became incredibely rude and not professional. In the end, I had to contact another agency, which was easily able to arrange the apostille for me.
