Very professional and helpful approach of the notary, but also of other employees, willingness and especially of smiling faces, which is not seen in the offices !!! I can only recommend !!!

Unreliable negotiation with the client, the notary decided to change the agreed amount for the negotiation without informed clients. It does not fulfill the duties of a notary, is not willing to accommodate in any ordinary cases in the context of the closure of inheritance proceedings. I do not recommend the services of this notary.

We visited the office yesterday after having had a pre-arranged contract verification meeting. The lady did not close my head in the door and locked in front of us that they closed sooner and disinterest. Locked inside other people who wanted to climb out, including a man with whom we have a contract to sign ... When unlocked and started venturing people, I walked in there we have ordered to verify the exact time contracts. She started to scurry and yell that what we were climbing there was not interested in her! We left to blow and insisted on their employees ... there running around, they have a meeting and who's finished with us ... insane arrogance and conduct on their part was really unacceptable, such've never experienced before. The answer to the question whether Ms execute us therefore, that some participants because it came from Brno "Well I do not know, you see that perhaps thinking nee. Jesus, it will be with you for half an hour, it is thus excellent." In the end, after the notary's order, the worker accepted us, but she couldn't do it and there was crazy chaos in everything. Another colleague who had told her before us had to "do it like this, I will do it to make it right". I understand that something like this can happen, but that was their completely unprofessional behavior. The culmination was then when the cadastral office suspended our proceedings because the lady in the notary wrongly copied the data from the citizen! Here never, I suggest you choose another notary.

The notary is pleasant and works well. Unfortunately, the other staff do not. Although I arranged the meeting several weeks in advance, the trainee prepared the documents at the last minute, did not send them against the agreement in advance to read, and although I asked in advance what we would need, we lacked the consent of the companion's wife. He provided additional evidence, but in the meantime she could not find the document signed by her partner. We were ordered, but the first thing that greeted us was the screaming clerk to stay out. Next time I'll look for another office.
