The behavior of Simona Vytopilova, a notary secretary, reminded me of the times in the offices 30 years ago. A totally conceived, unruly, passively aggressive and very simple person. After the necessary verbal solemnity, this stupid women's meeting did not understand what she was doing wrong and how to behave properly towards a paying client in 2018. I definitely do not recommend this notary if you are not looking for the behavior of street hooks!

We solved the notarial deposit. I have never encountered such an unprofessional approach by a lawyer, specifically Mrs. Krejci. We could not have chosen Zel because the seller wanted the services of this office. 1) Absolute reluctance to agree on a date. We were simply notified of the date of signing in up to 2 weeks, without any discussion. 2) when we arrived, Mrs. Krejci did not know what was to be signed and she started writing the custody contract only upon our arrival, so we were waiting for her with a small child. We sent the documents long in advance. 3) Of course she made a mistake there, she missed one of the purchased plots, if I didn't check it, I'll sign it wrong 4) I'm not talking about the overall approach, which resembled a circus rather than legal services. Simply put: no lawyer would ever allow this, only a notary's office can afford it, which has nothing to lose.

This notary was assigned to us by the state, in the matter of the estate of my tragically deceased young brother, whose departure we can hardly cope with. Our parents were invited to the proceedings, where Mrs. Kostřicová, who did not even greet her, was further represented by the notary candidate Mrs. Hlucháňová. This lady's approach was very dishonest to arrogant, and when asked to explain the astronomical reward to a notary in the tens of thousands, she replied to the grieving parents: "If you want to inherit, then ..." No, notary, no parent wants to inherit from their child. After a three-month investigation, the notary found out the account balances and ownership of the apartment, the price of which the parents had to prove at their own expense with an appraiser from an expert. (However, she included the price of CZK 10,000 higher in the calculation of her remuneration, compared to the estimate). The notary did not even find out that the apartment was encumbered by a loan and, of course, did not even take it into account. At the request of finding out about account movements, insurance, etc., she told her parents that they should take care of it themselves. However, she also deducted the commission for her services from the overpayment for billing services, which came to his brother after his death, so he did not manage to collect it. The fact that the notary Vladimíra Kostřicová added a five-star rating here herself speaks for itself .... I'm really sick. My brother wouldn't want to see this. For a devastated family, this experience is another difficult blow that I do not wish you. Therefore, avoid this office.
