★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká nespokojenost s obchodem. Recenze normálně nepíši, ale toto mě naštvalo. Objednala jsem z tohoto eshopu z důvodu, že měli náhubky s úzkým řemínkem. Dorazili 2 oba se širokým, ok nechám upravit. Košík jsem nasadila zjistila, že nesedí zabalila a hned další den poslala. Poté mi volala paní, že náhubek nese známky používání, je špinavý a není na něm visačka (nebyla na něm). Vrácení mi neuznala a já mam doma náhubek k ničemu. Zloději. Přidám fotku strašlivě špinavého náhubku, který nelze vrátit. Paní ty 2 chlupy mohla sundat :( Z tohoto obchodu už nikdy nebudu objednávat.
Great dissatisfaction with the business. I don't normally write reviews, but this pissed me off. I ordered from this e-shop because they had muzzles with a narrow strap. They arrived 2 both with a wide, ok let me adjust. I put the basket on, found out that it didn't fit, packed it up and sent it the next day. Then the lady called me that the muzzle bears signs of use, is dirty and has no tag on it (it was not on it). She did not recognize my return and I have a muzzle useless at home. Thieves. I'll add a photo of a terribly dirty muzzle that can't be returned. The lady could take the 2 hairs off :( I will never order from this store again.
