Z pozice kupujícího jsem přišla max o pěkný byt, majitelé nemovitostí by si však na tuto realitní kancelář měli dát pozor. (Edit k odpovědi vlastníka: Kontakt na mě bude mít vedení. Hned toho 20.8., kdy se vše seběhlo, jsem psala mail se stížností na paní makléřku. Reakce mi k tomu emailu žádná nedorazila.) Very unprofessional behavior on the part of the broker. L	Libuše Jelínková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POZOR NA PODVODNÍKY !!!! Uzavřela jsem smlouvu o prodeji dvou nemovitostí. Měli vyplatit cca. 30.000,- pohledávky a exekutora a nic neudělali. Pak dali výpověď pro porušení smlouvy z mé strany a vyžadují nesmyslnou pokutu, která jim nenáleží. Naprosto neprofesionální jednání makléře, nerozuměl ničemu a všechno jsem udělala za něj. Dejte si velký pozor a raději se obraťte na jinou RK která má preference. Pojala jsem podezření že i JUDr. Ryba není fundovaným člověkem, protože nerozumí právním náležitostem, které jsem mu poskytla před podepsání smlouvy, což konstatoval i můj právní zástupce že k dané věci postupovali neprofesionálně. Pojala jsem po právu podezření, že realitní makléři jsou motivovány za každou cenu nahonit co nejvíce klientů pro společnost RK-JURIS a tato společnost asi žije vyloženě z pokut ze smlouvy, které činí 100.000,- a 1.000,- za každý den z prodlení. No posuďte ? slušný business, vydělávat na lidech a ještě je zastrašovat. Nezávisle posoudili tyto praktiky 3 renomované realitní společnosti a konstatovali stejný závěr- podvodníci. Nectí ani právo na ochranu spotřebitele ani etický kodex. Styďte se !! RK-JURIS. Každého budu varovat !!!!!! ATTENTION TO FRAUDERS !!!! I concluded a contract for the sale of two properties. Absolutely unprofessional behavior of a broker, he didn't understand anything and I did everything for him. Be very careful and prefer to contact another RK who has preferences. I suspected that JUDr. The fish is not a well-grounded man because he does not understand the legal requirements that I have given him before signing the contract, which my lawyer also stated that they were unprofessional. I had the right to suspect that real estate agents were motivated to drive as many clients as possible for RK-JURIS at all costs, and that the company probably lives out of contract fines of 100,000, - and 1,000, - for each day of delay. Well, judge? decent business, earning people and even intimidating them. Three renowned real estate companies have independently assessed these practices and have found the same conclusion- fraudsters. Neither does it respect the consumer protection right or the code of ethics. Styďte se !! RK-JURIS. I will warn everyone !!!!!!
M	Michaela Smahelová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud chcete nemovitost prodat za tržní cenu, nikoliv rychle vyplatit peníze tak se této firmě doporučuji vyhnout. Nakonec mi prodal makléř z jiné firmy, s nižší provizí než Juris, o skoro půl milionu dráž a trvalo to jen týden. Nemusela jsem poslouchat, že nejde prodat kvůli ceně kterou jsem stanovila, naopak makléř rovnou stanovil ještě vyšší cenu. U nich přes půl roku nemohli najít jediného zájemce. Žádné návštěvy zájemců nehlásili jak měli a když jsme se ptali, paní co je údajně makléřka nám sdělila, že tam byly asi 4 zájemci ale všichni z nějakého důvodu odmítli. Bohužel až po podpisu smlouvy jsem si na jejich stránkách všimla fotky paní s popisem že je na pozici telefonistky... Možná povýšila ale evidentně na to neměla. I tak její jednání po celou dobu vypadalo. Nakonec místo prodeje mě zažalovali za exekuci která vznikla 3/4 roku po podpisu smlouvy a byla uhrazena do 14 dní... Porušení smluvních podmínek ( během podpisu nemá být exekuce ) a bohužel bez mé účasti u soudu. Došel mi až rozsudek, asi to ostatní " pošta ztratila ", zajímavé že i co údajně poslali mailem tam prostě není. Vyhnout se jim!!! In the end, a broker from another company, with a lower commission than Juris, sold me almost half a million more prices and it only took a week. I didn't have to listen that it couldn't be sold because of the price I set, on the contrary, the broker immediately set an even higher price. They could not find a single applicant with them for over half a year. They did not report any visits from those interested as they had, and when we asked, the lady, who allegedly told them, the broker told us that there were about 4 applicants, but all of them refused for some reason. Unfortunately, only after signing the contract, I noticed on their website photos of the lady with a description that she is in the position of a telephone operator ... Maybe she was promoted, but she obviously didn't have to. Even so, her actions seemed like the whole time. In the end, instead of selling, I was sued for execution, which arose 3/4 years after signing the contract and was paid within 14 days ... Breach of contractual conditions (there should be no execution during signing) and unfortunately without my participation in court. I ran out of verdict, probably the other "mail lost" it, interesting that even what they allegedly sent by e-mail is simply not there. Avoid them !!!
