JUST ME! Beauty salon

I have a long time to give someone a full number of stars. I came to the salon after ordering, I was greeted by a smiling gentleman, probably the owner or operating, seated me, hung my jacket, offered and cooked a coffee, and there was a small snack in the form of sweets on the table. After that, two girls took me in a beautiful and really clean environment of the salon, one was doing a pedicure, the other a manicure, while the TV was released. Miss were really precise, even as far as making nails. I left refreshed and satisfied after various fiaskach in other salons. I can really recommend it.

I can only praise. Very nice staff. They offer coffee or water. The cosmetic lady, very pleasant, explained everything. Very willing to advise on what type of cosmetics to use and not just theirs. I got samples of cosmetics to try. I will definitely be back.

Great salon, a short walk from the bus stop Husinecká, nice pleasant environment, excellent and fast communication, the opportunity to order even in the evening after work, very nice staff, I was on cosmetics and pedicures, both ladies were very professional. I can only recommend ??

A complete disaster. I ordered a pedicure at 9:00 and a moment later agreed with my friend that we would both go at 12:00. The friend had a separate reservation in her name. Since it is not possible to cancel the online reservation, out of politeness, I called to cancel the date at 9:00, because I will arrive at 12:00, so that they do not have unnecessary blocking. On the day of the order, my friend and I arrive in front of the salon (she is in the basement of the apartment building) and no one answers the bell. I start calling and the gentleman tells me on the phone that he will send someone to open it. Nothing is happening yet, so I call again. Meanwhile, the occupants of the house let us into the building and we stand in the basement in front of the living room. The gentleman on the phone suddenly says in very bad Czech that I have no reservation! That I should have come at 9. The Lord obviously does not understand much and canceled the bad reservation! We waited in front of the salon that at least a friend could go for a pedicure when she had her own reservation. Someone could be heard inside the parlor through the door, but he wasn't opening, and the phone kept telling me on the phone that we didn't have reservations. (We both have a confirmation email). Before apologizing, we heard accusations from the lord that he did not have a reservation system and we have another day to come. When I was upset that he couldn't be serious, he hung up. To give you an idea, we both had an event in the afternoon where we needed a pedicure and we took time off from work. Later, a colleague of this gentleman called me with better Czech and apologized. She sent a long list of dates to her SMS as an apology, when we can come, and you can find the dates on the Internet. And then she didn't react. Horrible experience and great disappointment. I was in December for the first time and the pedicure was ok, although at that time it didn't seem to me that it was advertised from 600 CZK and I didn't want varnish, nothing extra, ie it should have been the cheapest. I don't know if they increased my price by turning on the massage chair during the pedicure, (they didn't warn me about it) but I paid over 800 CZK. We do not recommend this salon. He doesn't deserve a single star.

After entering I was greeted by a very nice gentleman and the environment was clean. However, the nails were not able to make their nails according to their own photo on the instagram, which was a big disappointment. The gel varnish peels off at the edges after only 4 days (I did no manual work).
