★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím říct, že jsem docela zklamaný přístupem i práci servisu ve Starém Městě. Objednán servis 2 týdny předem, přesto jsem na kolo čekal od pondělního odpoledne až do čtvrtka. Bohužel i po servisu mě stále něco drhne při nejtěžších převodech a vrze jedno slapatko. Také technika vůbec nenapadlo, že když mám držák na telefon vedle cyklocomputeru, že by popisované problémy s výpadky mohl způsobovat blízký telefon. A tím pádem nedokázali odstranit problém nebo poradit, jak jej odstranit. Myslím si, že pokud by technik udělal zkušební jízdu, přišel by na to.
Servis kola odflaknuty, znovu už sem nepojedu.
I have to say that I am quite disappointed with the approach and work of the service in the Old Town. Service ordered 2 weeks in advance, but I waited for the bike from Monday afternoon until Thursday. Unfortunately, even after service, something still scrubs me at the hardest gears and creaks one tlapatko. Also, the technician never thought that if I had a phone holder next to the computer, the nearby phone could cause the outage problems described. And so they were unable to fix the problem or give advice on how to fix it. I think if a technician made a test drive, he would figure it out.
Service wheels depressed, I will not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jízda po 3 měsících , Trek za né zrovna malé peníze + váš servis UH. Jedna velká KATASTROFA. Ani se raději nechci dál rozepisovat, protože se mi z vás chce zvracet.
Ride after 3 months, Trek for them just a little money + your UH service. One big DISASTER. I don't even want to break down anymore because I want to throw up on you.
