Y	Yumi Mok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices, some items on the top shelves were not labeled properly. Deals should have clear conditions on them. I.e: I bought 2 guest towels (same design and model) of different colors thinking I could get a deal, turns out deal only applies for the same colors only. I think that's ridiculous as it limits customer's choice. All items sold individually too.
D	Dajana Zelic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don't write bad reviews, but I hope this one will inspire some customer service improvement. Pillows were discounted in the shop from 2999 to 900 CZK. Cashiere then proceeded to charge me full price, and when I pointed out her mistake she said it's not possible, the mistake must be the price I saw in the shop... When the manager got involved he saw it was actually the cashiere's mistake, but I did not get an apology from either one of them. They just gave me the difference in cash without a word. Later I also found out that the bathrobe I bought there (which was wrapped fully in plastic & I hadn't opened before) was missing the belt... Cannot recommend.

The quality is slightly lower, with a few exceptions (I find their storage boxes better and more varied than those at Ikea, but the painting frames are very cheap and will bend easily in time). The store is medium-small sized, easy to navigate.

It looks like a warehouse with rather little selection, and staff that you will disturb with your questions as they are busy with their talks. Not to mention any proactive help to customers. Beware that adjacent parking is free for 60 min only and after that you need to pay 50 czk / hour in coins
D	Daniel Peslari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted my time going there at 19:00, but the shop was closed. While on the shop door the schedule indicates it closes at 20:00 this day. I though Jysk was better, but I was wrong.
