★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U vchodu jsem prošla kolem jedné zaměstnankyně, která můj slušný pozdrav oplatila kyselým výrazem a zvednutým obočím.
Byla jsem se podívat na sortiment, něco si vybrala a něco se chtěla zeptat. Bohužel, jediný kdo byl v tu chvíli na prodejně volný byla ona zaměstnankyně (byla tam ještě druhá na pokladně, která řešila placení). Šla jsem se jí tedy zeptat, načež mi odvětila, že to není její oblast, že tomu nerozumí. Ptala jsem se jí, koho se mám tedy zeptat. Řekla mi, že si mám přijít jindy, kdy tam bude kolega nebo jsem si měla vybrat jinou pobočku. Rozhovor završila tím, že už nemá čas a nemám jí zdržovat, protože má ještě nějakou práci (všimla jsem si jmenovky Jana E.).
Musím říct, že zklamání z jednání velké. Tato osoba by vůbec neměla dělat v obchodě, natož s lidmi.
Jysk Kladno nikdy víc
 At the entrance, I passed an employee who returned my decent greeting with a sour expression and raised eyebrows.
I went to look at the assortment, chose something and wanted to ask something. Unfortunately, the only one who was free at the store at the time was that employee (there was still another at the cash register that dealt with payments). So I went to ask her, and then she replied that it wasn't her area, that she didn't understand. I asked her who to ask. She told me to come another time when a colleague would be there or I should have chosen another branch. She ended the conversation by saying that she didn't have time anymore and I didn't have to delay her because she still had some work to do (I noticed Jan E.'s name tags).
I must say that the disappointment of the action great. This person should not do business, let alone people.
