★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vcelku dobrý návody, vyzdvihnu ochotný personál, který vyřešil reklamaci na místě. Takové to má být hned. Třeba na nepřidané Asko šroubky musíme vyplnit formulář a čekat 30 dní ;) Tady ihned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám jednu hvězdičku z důvodu zaslaného poškozeného výrobků, neschopnost zaměstnanců zákaznické linky podat telefonní číslo nebo email na pobočku, se kterou jsem byla nucena reklamaci řešit. Dále je hodně špatné, že udělali chybu a při jejich doručení reklamovaného zboží bych byla nucena platit za dopravu. To opravdu jinde nenajdete. V tomto směru mě tato firma opravdu velice zklamala.
I give one star due to sent damaged products, inability of customer line employees to submit a phone number or email to the branch with which I was forced to resolve the complaint. It is also very bad that they made a mistake and I would be forced to pay for shipping when they delivered the claimed goods. You really won't find it anywhere else. In this respect, I was really disappointed by this company.
