Spokojenost. Chodím tam nakupovat na jistotu. Na rozdíl od jiných vsetínských prodejen, tam mají i to zboží co nabízí v E shopu. U mnohých jiných "překupníků" na Vsetíně tomu tak není. A týká se to i těch velkých jako kupř v Elposu.
Satisfaction. I go shopping there for sure. Unlike other Vsetín stores, they also have the goods they offer in the E shop. This is not the case with many other "dealers" in Vsetín. And this also applies to the big ones, such as in Elpos.

I would like to give them zero, stars, but unfortunately the system will not let me. I would however like to clarify that this rating is not for all the staff who work in this store. When I first went into the store I was greeted by a male shop assistant with dark hair. I explained that I cold not speak Czech properly, and asked if he could speak English. He told me that his English was not great, but that he would try. He was a very knowledgeable, attentive professional and did his best to help with our communication. He helped me find everything I needed, to the correct specification and quality that I asked for. I purchased around 8,000 CZK worth of bedding products. To be frank if he was the only sales person in the shop, the review for Jysk would be 5 stars. There was one Item he could not help me find, which was a medium double duvet from your gold brand. We agreed that I would take the extra warm duvet, to see if it could be used as a replacement. When I took the duvet out of the bag at home, it was immediately apparent that the duvet would be too warm. I went to return the duvet the next day. I was warmly greeted by the male shop assistant who had helped me the day before. I explained that although I would prefer a duvet from the gold brand, I needed a duvet that would also be comfortable, so I was happy to go down to silver and get the warm duvet. There was a female assistant who was at the front of the till, but the walked behind the till when the man took the duvet from me. She made no attempt to make eye contact with me, or try to communicate with me in any way. She took the duvet from the gentleman and began shouting disapprovingly Czech at him. The male shop assistant then kindly translated what the lady was shouting about. He told me that she was not happy about a mark on the outside of the plastic packaging for the duvet, and did not want to accept a return. I explained that legally this had nothing to do with my rights to return the product. Whilst I was explaining this to the him, the female assistant then rudely interrupted our conversations by shouting at the man whilst he was trying to communicate with me. I was absolutely incensed, by her rudeness, which was compounded by the fact that she had still not made eye contact, or attempted to communicate with me in any way. The man then said he would check the duvet itself, and if it was OK, then we could perform the exchange. The lady pulled the duvet out of the bag, still shouting, and when she realized the duvet was in perfect order she went quiet. The male shop assistant apologized for the mistake and walked me over to the duvets to choose a replacement He showed me a duvet that was rated warm, in the silver quality band. I could not believe the audacity of the female shop assistant when I realized that sh had followed us and was trying to get me to by a different type. A couple of days later I went it Jysk and found the male shop assistant by himself. I told him that I really appreciated his service, but I was physically disgusted with the female assistants actions, and that it was only due to his professional sales skills that I had returned at all. To my absolute disbelief, he told me that he was a sales assistant, and that the lady was his manager. I was flabbergasted, how did this person reach management level without understanding the fundamentals of customer service. The reason I have written such a long review is that yesterday I went to buy something for Jysk, the female manager was there, so I walked around the store looking for the man. I could not find him so I had to leave the store without any purchases. I would like to give Jysk 5 stars for their service, and I would like to use my local store, however I am unable to due to either due to this manager. I hope someone responsible from Jysk reads this and either provides her with intensive training, or with a role where she does not have to interact with customers.
