 Absolutely misleading information about opening hours. Even according to the opening hours on the door should be open, but no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ před rokem jsem byl právě tady a vynikající jednání personálu a dokonce pomohly s úpravou pro lepší tisk. cena super. po roce potřebuju něco vytisknout a vzpoměl sem si na vaši pobočku tak snad nezklamete :D
a year ago I was right here and the excellent staff meeting and even helped with the adjustment for better printing. great price. after a year I need to print something and I remembered your branch so maybe you won't disappoint: D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tady mě rozsekala cena. Za kroužkovou vazbu 2 dokumentů jsem platila přes dvě stě Kč!!!!!!!! Zde si účtují i za počet stránek, které proděraví :-D a teprve potom naúčtují materiál, jehož výrobní cena je 3,50 Kč. Navíc nebyla práce odvedena kvalitně. Dokument nebyl svázaný celý.
Zlaté Copy centrum SPIN - vždy platím max. 90 Kč, kde neřeší, kolik stráneček mám.
Here was the price. For the spiral binding of 2 documents I paid over two hundred CZK !!!!!!!! Here they also charge for the number of pages that puncture :-D and only then charge the material, whose production price is 3.50 CZK. Moreover, the work was not done well. The document was not bound completely.
Gold Copy Center SPIN - I always pay max. 90 CZK, where it does not solve how many pages I have.

Díky za Vaši "odpověď". Takže hodláte klamat zákazníky dál, dokud na to neupozorní nějaký úřad. Uvádění cen jen bez DPH na ceníku tisku, vyvěšeném vedle dveří, očividně nepopíráte.
They state prices without VAT, which is an illegal deception of the customer.

Thank you for your answer". So you're going to keep deceiving customers until an authority notifies you. Obviously, you do not deny the inclusion of prices without VAT on the print price list posted next to the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byla přes Copy centrum K-copy (Cejl 34/91, Brno - 60200), které slouží i jako PPL Parcelshop, poslat balík (vrácení zboží, které platí eshop). Slušně jsem pozdravila dva pány, kteří seděli vedle sebe BEZ RESPIRÁTORU, ale místo pozdravu se mi dostalo vyděšeného výkřiku, ať si hned nasadím respirátor. Položila jsem balík na pult a zeptala se, jestli mohu poslat balík. Odpověď: Že ne, ať si nasadím respirátor, který stále ti dva pánové neměli!!! Viděli, že nesu jen balík a nemám ani žádnou kabelku. Zeptala jsem se slušně, jestli jim tedy ten balík tam mohu nechat, aby ho předali PPL a hned jít, že je zaplacený. Pán mi řekl, že to nejde, abych jim tam ten balík jen tak nechala. Odešla jsem se slovy, že si ho tedy nechám poslat jinde v PPL Parcelshopu. Odmítli mě převzít balík z důvodu toho, že jsem neměla respirátor, který sami neměli!!! Pánové by se měli minimálně nad sebou zamyslet a nosit sami respirátor, když bez něho neobslouží lidi!
Today I was to send a package via the K-copy Copy Center (Cejl 34/91, Brno - 60200), which also serves as a PPL Parcelshop (return of goods paid by the eshop). I greeted two gentlemen politely, sitting next to each other WITHOUT THE RESPIRATOR, but instead of greeting, I got a scared scream to put on a respirator right away. I placed the package on the counter and asked if I could send the package. Answer: No, let me put on a respirator that the two gentlemen still didn't have !!! They saw that I was just carrying a package and I didn't even have a purse. I asked politely if I could leave the package there for them to hand over to PPL and go right away that it was paid for. The Lord told me it was impossible for me to just leave the package to them. I left with the words that I would have him sent elsewhere in PPL Parcelshop. They refused to take over the package because I did not have a respirator that they did not have !!! Gentlemen should at least think about themselves and wear a respirator if they do not serve people without it!
