T	Tomáš Brandýský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 24.9.2018 jsme tankovali Natural 95. Auto začalo postupně hůře startovat, až nakonec po několika dnech vůbec nenastartovalo. Nakonec jsme ho odtáhli do servisu, kde nám bylo řečeno, že se jednalo o benzín, ve kterém byla voda, a že nejsme jediní, kteří v posledních dnech s tímto problémem přijeli. V benzínu bylo dle servisu vždy velké množství vody a všichni postižení tankovali na stejné benzínce. Z tankování máme účtenku a nikde jinde jsme posledních 14 dní netankovali. Proto jsme rovnou ze servisu zajeli na benzínku, abychom získali číslo na majitele. Paní pokladní jsme sdělili o jaký problém se jedná a ta nám odpověděla, že problém tu byl, ale že už je to 14 dní. Kontakt na majitele byl zveřejněn na dveřích. Panu majiteli Petru Janskému jsme obratem volali a pokoušeli se s ním domluvit, zda bude ochotný zaplatit opravu vozu, pokud se opravdu prokáže, že byl problém způsoben nekvalitním palivem. Pan Janský nám sdělil, že se něco podobnému stalo jednomu člověku před třemi nebo dvěma týdny, ale že ta vadná nádrž už je od té doby zavřena a pokud ten problém máme od minulého týdne, tak není není možné, aby nekvalitní benzín byl od něj. Také nám sdělil, že lidí, kteří mají stejný problém jako se mu ozvalo více, ale že za tím vším stojí autoservis, který se tímto způsobem snaží zákazníky okrást. Když jsem pana Janského konfrontoval s tím, že jsme tankovali právě před 14 dny, kdy měl údajně problém, než podle jeho slov zavřel tu postiženou nádrž, odpověděl, že se se mnou dále nebude bavit a že vůbec žádný problém neměl. Celou věc prý předal svému právníkovi, který to bude řešit. Když jsem ho žádal o kontakt na jeho právníka, abychom se s ním mohli spojit, začal být agresivní. Také jsme ihned hledali na internetu, zda někdo nemá podobnou zkušenost a shodou okolností jsme našli podobnou recenzi na firmy.cz, kdy pán taktéž 24.9.2018 natankoval Natural95 a po pár kilometrech mu chcíplo auto. Spojíme se s ostatními poškozenými a celou záležitost budeme řešit právní cestou. On September 24, 2018, we refueled the Natural 95. Eventually, we took him to a service center, where we were told that it was gasoline with water and that we were not the only ones who had come up with this problem in recent days. According to the service, there was always a large amount of water in the petrol and all those affected refueled at the same petrol station. We have a receipt from refueling and we haven't refueled anywhere else in the last 14 days. That's why we drove straight from the service to the gas station to get the owner's number. We told the cashier what the problem was and she told us that the problem was there, but that it had been 14 days. Contact to the owner was posted on the door. We immediately called the owner Petr Janský and tried to agree with him whether he would be willing to pay for the repair of the car if it really proves that the problem was caused by poor quality fuel. Mr. Janský told us that something similar happened to one person three or two weeks ago, but that the defective tank has been closed since then, and if we have the problem since last week, it is not possible for poor quality gasoline to be from him. He also told us that there are people who have the same problem as he has heard more, but that there is a car service behind it all, which tries to rob customers in this way. When I confronted Mr. Janský with the fact that we refueled just 14 days ago, when he allegedly had a problem before, according to him, he closed the affected tank, he replied that he would not talk to me anymore and that he had no problem at all. He allegedly handed the whole thing over to his lawyer, who will handle it. When I asked him to contact his lawyer so we could contact him, he became aggressive. We also immediately searched the Internet to see if anyone had a similar experience, and coincidentally we found a similar review on firmy.cz, when the master also refueled Natural95 on September 24, 2018, and after a few kilometers he wanted a car. We will contact the other victims and resolve the matter legally.
