I když jsem se přebráním (a podepsáním řidiči toptrans) de-facto zřekl možnosti reklamace přepravy, byl můj požadavek na reklamaci vyřešen k oboustranné spokojenosti a nové zrcadlo mi bylo přepraveno přímo přepravcem společnosti K-Term v pořádku. Chci tímto poděkovat za opravdu vstřícný přístup a doporučit tuto firmu. I ordered a custom mirror. Unfortunately, it was imported cracked, although the packaging was not visibly damaged. Although I de-facto waived the possibility of a transport complaint by taking over (and signing the toptrans driver), my complaint request was resolved to mutual satisfaction and the new mirror was transported directly to me by the K-Term carrier in good condition. I would like to thank you for your really helpful approach and recommend this company.
L	Ladislav Hatyina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poprve zrcadlo zlomili pri preprave - 1 mesic po objednavce podruhe zrcadlo dodali po dalsi mesici, byl ale ulomeny kus rohu zas... z auta 1.6x1m zrcadlo sofer predal pracovnikovi stavby, bez vypomoci dovest zrcadlo do bytu ve 4. patre, bez moznosti kontroly jest-li zrcadlo je v poradku. Samozrejme sam prcaovnik mohl zpusobit zlomeninu v rohu, to uz nedozvim. Minimum ale servis byl otrasny. Na jednoduche zrcadlo jsem cekal 2 mesice a dostal spatny kus... Priste jiste zkusim jineho dodavatele. first the mirror broke during transport - 1 month after ordering the second time they added the mirror after another month, but a piece of the corner was broken again ... from the car 1.6x1m mirror sofer sold to a construction worker, without help bring the mirror into the apartment on the 4th floor, without the possibility of checking if the mirror is in order. Of course, the worker himself could have caused a fracture in the corner, I won't know. The minimum but the service was appalling. I waited for a simple mirror for 2 months and got the wrong piece ... I'll definitely try another vendor next time.
J	Jakub Škvařil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po prvním telefonickém kontaktování ohledně technického dotazu a následné možnosti cenové nabídky byl zaslán email dle domluvy, kde byly pospané potřebné informace. Ani cca po třech týdnech žádná odpověď jak na další připomínající email ani na telefonické kontaktování. Po kontaktování pana jednatele mi bylo řečeno, že mají až stovku telefonátů denně, když jsem řekl, že mi zatím nebyla zaslaná cenová nabídka dle naší domluvy. Dále mi bylo řečeno, že se jim během léta rozpadl montážní tým, že to oni určitě montovat nebudou a jestli vůbec chci tedy tu nabídku. Nabídku jsem potvrdil, že montáž si tedy zařídím sám, odpověď byla, že nabídku zašlou, do této chvíle mi žádná cenová kalkulace nedorazila (ani jakýkoliv email), spíš mi přišlo, že ho obtěžuji informací, že jsem ještě nedostal slíbenou cenovou kalkulaci a následně se mě pan jednatel chtěl zbavit, když jsem mu řekl, že Michal Kubišta nekomunikuje a nereaguje jak na telefon ani na email, snažil se ho omlouvat a ukončit telefonát. Neviděl jsem tam žádnou snahu o omluvu a o nápravu. After the first telephone contact regarding a technical question and the subsequent possibility of a price offer, an email was sent according to the agreement, where the necessary information was provided. Even after about three weeks, no response to another reminder email or telephone contact. After contacting the executive, I was told that they have up to a hundred phone calls a day, when I said that I had not yet been sent a price offer according to our agreement. I was also told that the assembly team fell apart during the summer, that they would definitely not assemble it, and if I wanted the offer at all. I confirmed the offer, so I will arrange the assembly myself, the answer was that they would send the offer, so far no price calculation has arrived (not even any email), rather it occurred to me that I am bothering him with information that I have not yet received the promised price calculation and then the executive wanted to get rid of me when I told him that Michal Kubišta did not communicate and did not respond to both the phone and the email, he tried to apologize to him and end the call. I saw no attempt there for an apology or redress.
P	Pavel Novy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této výrobně jsem pracoval tři dny. P. Kubišta jako majitel říká že je na zaučení měsíc ale hned druhý den po vás chce výkony,jako by jste tam pracovali rok. S tímto panem mám další špatnou zkušenost. To převážně z důvodu špatné komunikace. P. Kubišta má špatnou komunikaci s lidmi co pro něj dělají. Upřednostňuje cizince. I worked in this factory for three days. P. Kubišta as the owner says that he has a month to learn, but the very next day he wants performances for you, as if you had worked there for a year. I have another bad experience with this gentleman. This is mainly due to poor communication. Mr. Kubišta has poor communication with the people who do it for him. Prefers foreigners.

I will order glazier's putty in 1 kg packages via the e-shop, but it was delivered in cups that were half hard and simply hard to be used, a big disappointment for me ...

Snad jen větší ceduli na příjezdu od Berouna ;) Great e-shop where I choose the glass material, dimensions, adjustment, I immediately know the price and I will pick it up in a few days. It's hard to do better. Maybe just a bigger sign on arrival from Beroun;)
