★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečně arogantní zaměstnanec. Chtěl jsem od něj pomoci vybrat mezi dvěma produkty stejné značky, se stejným popisem na eshopu, ale výrazně se lišící cenou. Na tuto obyčejnou otázku následovala odpověď ve stylu: Co ho tady zkouším ze znalosti produktů... Že půjdeme za vedoucím, který mi vysvětlí, že on tady není od toho aby mi radil.
Asi nečetl tabulku u vchodu "personál vám vstřícně pomůže s výběrem zboží"...
Pokud nejste velkoobchodní zákazník, obchodu se obloukem vyhněte.
 Incredibly arrogant employee. I wanted to help him choose between two products of the same brand, with the same description on the e-shop, but with significantly different prices. This common question was followed by an answer in style: What am I testing him here for product knowledge ... That we will go to a manager who will explain to me that he is not here to advise me.
Probably did not read the table at the entrance "the staff will help you with the selection of goods" ...
If you are not a wholesale customer, avoid arc trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakupoval jsem přes e-shop 4 trafa (za celkovou cenu přes 5tis.) Ani nedají vědět, že mají trafa jen 3, musel jsem po 4dnech nečinnosti sám zavolat a zjišťovat, kdy zboží obdržím. 4. trafo jsem přeobjednal, za jiné, který mají. Po dvou dnech zboží přišlo, ovšem ouha. 4. trafo bylo úplně jiné hodnoty(nižší), než jsem si objednal. Po vyreklamovaní zboží, jsem byl po tel. ujištěn, panem Led......, že zboží ihned pošlou, týž den, tentokrát správné, tak abych to do určitého data stihl. Druhý den jsem si to zjišťoval, u stejného pracovníka, zboží ještě nebylo odesláno...Zboží jsem obdržel po 4dnech. Čili pokud jste v presu a myslíte si, že do týdne budete mít zboží, tak nebudete. Navíc, nikdy nezkoušejte volat operátorce po 16.h. Bude na vás nepříjemná. Příště budu objednávat jinde.
I shopped via the e-shop 4 transformers (for a total price of over 5,000.) They don't even know that they have only 3 transformers, I had to call myself after 4 days of inactivity and find out when I would receive the goods. I reordered the 4th transformer, for the others they have. After two days the goods arrived, of course. The 4th transformer had a completely different value (lower) than I ordered. After declaring the goods, I was reassured by the phone, Mr. Led ...... that they would send the goods immediately, the same day, this time correct, so that I could make it by a certain date. The next day I found out, at the same worker, the goods had not yet been sent ... I received the goods after 4 days. So if you are in a press and you think you will have the goods within a week, you will not. In addition, never try to call the operator after 4 p.m. It will be uncomfortable for you. Next time I will order elsewhere.
