J	Jan Šefl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší přístup k zákazníkům a reklamacím, jaký jsem zažil. Nejsou autorizovanými prodejci, tudíž nejsou sami kompetentní o reklamacích rozhodovat. Dostal jsem dobropis na vrácení peněz přímo od Dellu, který stačil pro vyřízení reklamace pouze použít a reklamaci vyřešit vrácením zboží. Tak se však nestalo a já už měsíc čekám na "přiměřenou lhůtu" pro vyřízení reklamace. Rád bych podotkl, že se jednalo o notebook za 50 tis., který byl už od výroby vadný. Výměna zařízení zprostředkovaná Dellem nepomohla, jelikož se jednalo o vadnou várku. Od nákupu uběhly dva měsíce, peníze jsou v úschově u K24 a já jsem bez zboží a bez jakékoliv definované lhůty pro vyřízení reklmace (nákup byl na IČO) The worst approach to customers and complaints I have ever experienced. I would like to point out that it was a laptop for 50 thousand, which was defective since production. Dell-mediated equipment replacement didn't help as it was a defective batch. Two months have passed since the purchase, the money is in custody at K24 and I am without goods and without any defined deadline for processing the complaint (the purchase was at the ID number)
