Nestalo se tak a objedávka byla připravena k osobnímu odběru až za 3 pracovní dny. Na výdejním místě jsem se dozvěděl, že je to normální. Na stránkách není provozní doba prodejny, ani to, že ve skutečnosti se nejedná o prodejnu, ale o jakési výdejní místo s názvem Appleking, která není označená názvem eshopu. I made an order for personal collection, stating on the website: "Orders placed after 12 o'clock are ready at the store the next working day." This did not happen and the order was ready for personal collection in up to 3 working days. Instead, I learned that this is normal. The website does not have the opening hours of the store, nor that it is in fact not a store, but a kind of dispensing place called Appleking, which is not marked with the name of the e-shop.

Když jsem potřeboval trochu specifický adaptér, u něhož bylo velké riziko, že mi nepůjde zapojit, nebyl problém si ho odnést na zkoušku a kdyžtak vrátit (naštěstí fungoval). Willing, advising, knowledgeable. When I needed a little specific adapter, which was at great risk of not plugging in, there was no problem to take it for a test and then come back (fortunately it worked).

Zboží v pořádku, funkční. Spokojenost. Doporučuji. The first day in the afternoon I ordered a laptop adapter, the next day it was delivered. I was surprised at how quickly the goods were delivered. Goods OK, functional. Satisfaction. I recommend.

Deklarovaná doba přípravy objednávky je při objednání do 12. hodiny ještě ten den, nejpozději den další, objednávky po 12. hodině následující den. Na objednávku jsem čekal 4 dny. Nepřijde mi fér slibovat dobu doručení, která není pravdivá. Kdybych to věděl, objednal jsem jinde, abych měl produkt dříve. Ovšem produkt nakonec přišel takový jaký měl a funguje. Zákaznický servis: "Máte přání nebo dotaz? Zavolejte nám, napište e-mail – rádi se vám budeme věnovat. Svých zákazníků si ceníme, a děláme maximum pro jejich spokojenost." - Pobavilo. Volal jsem od 11. do 14.8. každý den - cca 7 hovorů celkem a ani jednou hovor nebyl přijat. Za mě 100% servis! I ordered goods that were in stock with personal collection at the store. The declared time of order preparation is, when ordering before 12 noon, the same day, at the latest the next day, of the order after 12 noon the following day. I waited for the order for 4 days. It does not seem fair to me to promise a delivery time that is not true. If I knew, I would have ordered elsewhere to have the product sooner. But in the end, the product came as it should and works. Customer service: "Do you have a wish or a question? Call us, write an e-mail - we will be happy to help you. We value our customers and do our best for their satisfaction." - Amused. I called from 11. to 14.8. every day - about 7 calls in total and not once was the call answered. 100% service for me!

They style themselves as an ultimate cable specialist shop, but they don't really have much on stock and couldn't even order the really special charging cables I was after.. The staff are knowledgeable in all kinds of cables, gadgets and accessories, yet they don't seem to have any kind of special access and you can order anything they can in online shops.. They're still kind of strong in proprietary phone data cables if you are so unlucky and your phone doesn't use the micro USB standard that you can get anywhere..
