 The hairdresser was very uncomfortable from the beginning. She then asked for 250 crowns for 10 minutes of work.

I have been going to this hairdressing salon for 27 years and I am satisfied with them, they have really professional and helpful staff and reasonable prices, and all this even in these bad times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to get an appointment but the service is really rude, when I asked them how much would it cost for me to get a haircut, they said “I don’t understand you, learn Czech language better” and I couldn’t even reply anything because they hang up immediately. My Czech is really imperfect but their attitude for me is really inappropriate and impolite.
