Ani po tomto nepřišla žádná omluva,nic.

Absolutely unprofessional approach, which resulted in even cutting my leg with a scalpel !!! Cutting wound and, as a bonus, one stab with the tip of a scalpel.
Even after that, there was no apology, nothing.
I strongly do not recommend - never again !!!!!!!!!
