Což se potvrdilo nejen z rejstříku RZP ale také totálním a rozsáhlým poškozením vlasů mé snoubence,kdy dle odborných posudků došlo k naprosté destrukcí vlasů vlivem neodborného barvení a obnova bude trvat nejméně půl roku.V současné době je na paní podáno oznámení na ČOI a čekáme na odborný znalecký posudek soudního znalce a paní bude řešena dle našeho advokáta za snížení lidské důstojnosti,vlivem poškození vzhledu a zdraví vlasů. Rád bych upozornil,že se chová velmi arogantně,sebestředně,kladné recenze má od kamarádek a na písemnou nabídku mimosoudní dohody ,výtek a reklamaci nereaguje a jen se tiše vysmívá ....DOPORUČUJI SE VYHNOUT TETO FALEŠNÉ KADEŘNICI OBLOUKEM. Recenze od rodiny Osmančíků viz. Lenka mě nechutně baví a jen to ukazuje tu neprofesionalitu ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, p.Osmančiková vzhledem k vašemu chováni ohledně toho ,že jste mi ještě víc zničila vlasy než byly a nelíbilo se mi váš profesionální přistup prej když se vám nelíbí cena můžete jít jinam tojako vážně ?! A ještě jste do tomu nasadila korunu když jste řekla že můžu jít ke kámošce kadeřnici jako tohle vaše chovaní me dost vyděsilo a nejvíc mě pobouřilo že se starate aby jste měla vysoké hodnocení na recenzích místo toho aby jste byla rada za zákazníka a ještě tomu jak je spokojený tak ho posíláte jinam. Už k vám neprijdu a chci vrátit uhradu za skody na mojich vlasech naschledanou
