★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me appointment of 5.50 and after reaching they told it was of 5.15 and denied for my service. I travelled from like 20kms for the service and they sent me back without any service. It was very very disappointing. Very unprofessional.

I was very pleased with the result, and I really recommend her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grown my hair longer and It looked quite good, I went there to shape it more in the way I wanted to. To get some style that I was expecting. I even shown her few images, so we could discuss the options. She, just said OK and start cutting. The result was short hair something I didn't ask for. She just kept cutting my hair the way she is used to. She didn't even told me that she will do so. I don't even know why I told her which style I want, if she did something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just great in every way! I had a 1 day stopover in Prague, so selected this place very last minute, and I was super positively surprised! My stylist, Zuzana, was very attentive and friendly, and delivered a great outcome (man’s cut). I went for a pretty major style change, and Zuzana worked through it with great patience, frequently asking for my feedback and making sure I was happy throughout the process. The whole service was not rushed, with great attention to detail and very professional. A bonus is that the place is pretty cozy and EM is a small chain, so it has a pretty boutique atmosphere. I would definitely become a regular would I spend time in Prague more often! Thank you!
