A	Andrea Walkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě nedoporučuji...do kadeřnictví jsem šla s tím že jdu k profesionálovy,který mi vlasy dá doporadku...po prvním umytí se barva vymyla. Zaplatila jsem za to nemalé peníze a vůbec nejde poznat že jsem byla u kadeřníka. Žádala jsem slušně o reklamaci ,ale pan Britaňák si mě zablokoval a nereaguje. Za mě určitě ne!!! I definitely do not recommend ... I went to the hairdresser with the idea that I go to a professional, who will give me my hair in order ... after the first wash, the color washed out. I paid a lot of money for it and you can't tell at all that I was at the hairdresser's. I politely asked for a complaint, but Mr. Britaňák blocked me and did not respond. Definitely not for me !!!

Vybrala jsem si tohle kadeřnictví jelikož jsem byla přesvědčená, že jdu k opravdovému profesionálovi, ale bohužel to bylo naopak. Můj požadavek byl stáhnout tmavší drogerkovou barvu na světlejší kvůli odrostům a do toho balayage, plus střih po ramena do V. Co se týká barvy, postup byl takový, že prý napřed se musí barva sjednotit a po dalších návštěvách se začne zesvětlovat (tenhle postup nechápe spoustu kadeřnic) ok říkala jsem si, ví co dělají, jsou to přeci profesionálové, věřila jsem jim. Tak mi na vlasy jen nanesli další barvu, která se ale doma vymyla a barvu nemám vůbec sjednocenou. A co se týká střihu? Naprostá katastrofa! Sestříhali mi to tak, že jsem musela k jiné kadeřnici ať mi to spraví. Jediné plus je to, že p.Britaňák uznal, že střih je opravdu hrozný, a tak mi vrátil peníze za střih, ale zda to bylo opravdu dle ceníku, nemohu říct, jelikož p.Britaňák mi ceník nechtěl poslat?‍♀️. Takže tady jsem byla poprvé a naposledy! My experience with this hairdressing is very bad. I chose this hairdressing salon because I was convinced that I was going to a real professional, but unfortunately it was the other way around. My request was to remove the darker drugstore color to a lighter one due to the regrowth and the balayage, plus a shoulder-to-shoulder cut. a lot of hairdressers) ok I thought, they know what they do, they are professionals, I trusted them. So they just applied another color to my hair, but it washed out at home and I don't have a unified color at all. And what about the cut? Absolute disaster! They cut it for me so that I had to go to another hairdresser to do it for me. The only plus is that Mr. Britaňák admitted that the cut is really terrible, so he returned the money for the cut, but whether it was really according to the price list, I can not say, because Mr. Britaňák did not want to send me the price list. So I was here for the first and last time!

j	jitka ehrlichova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V kadeřnictví jsem byla poprvé a naposled. Chtěla jsem mikromelír ve studeném tónu. Dopadla jsem jak zebra s žlutým tónem za 2k a práci, která trvala 1h20 min. Za mě nespokojenost a nedoporučuji. ;) I was in a hairdressing salon for the first and last time. I wanted a micromelier in a cold tone. I turned out to be a zebra with a yellow tone in 2k and work that lasted 1h20 min. Dissatisfaction for me and I do not recommend. ;)

Pote,co byla nekvalitně provedena prace za bezmála 4000,- , zablokoval si me pan majitel na facebooku,kde mazal veskere moje komentáře. Jak tak koukam, nejsem jedina. Jestli je podle nej tohle dobry pristup k zákazníkovi,tak doufam,ze se nad sebou zamysli. In no case I do not recommend !!! After poor work was done for almost 4000, -, the owner blocked me on Facebook, where he deleted all my comments. As I look, I'm not the only one. If she thinks this is a good approach to the customer, then I hope they think about themselves.

Volala jsem, zvedla mi to paní, slíbila mi, že mi pošle kontakt přímo na p. Britaňáka a týden se mi nikdo neozval. Ráda bych Vám odpověděla na Vaši odpověď, ale stránka to neumožňuje. Jak jsem psala. Volat jsem Vám volala, číslo jsem si samozřejmě našla. Bylo mi přislíbeno, že mi zavoláte zpět s vhodným termínem, což se neuskutečnilo. Až po přečtení téhle recenze jste mě kontaktoval prostřednictvím messengeru. Takže čas na psaní a čtení stále máte. I wrote to the messenger asking for an appointment.
