★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem se dlouho předem po telefonu a když jsem dnes dorazil, na dveřích bylo napsáno z technických důvodů zavřeno. Nechápu jak v dnešní době nejsou schopni zákazníky o takovém problému informovat včas prostřednictvím SMS. Tohle je opravdu hrubě neprofesionální přístup!!!
I ordered a long time in advance by phone and when I arrived today, the door was written closed for technical reasons. I do not understand how today they are not able to inform customers about such a problem in time via SMS. This is really a roughly unprofessional approach !!!
