The lady pays more attention to her grandchildren than to the customer, I sat there and just listened to the conversation in Ukrainian. The hairdresser is very nice, but cutting it takes a really long time ...

I will order for a certain hour, but obviously it doesn't matter and it takes a long time. It would improve the organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel špatná zkušenost. Otevírací doba do 20. Na dveřích v 18:15 přijdu hned a telefon. Po zavolání na tento telefon se místo slušného představení ozvalo jen NO. Nakonec jsme se domluvili, že paní dorazí do půl hodiny a že počkám. Po více než půl hodinovem čekání, nikdo nedorazil.
Unfortunately a bad experience. Opening hours until 20. At the door at 18:15 I will come right away and call. After calling this phone, instead of a decent performance, only NO. In the end, we agreed that the lady would arrive in half an hour and that I would wait. After more than half an hour of waiting, no one arrived.

I ordered for a specific time, When i arrived minute ahead, Hairdresser was just starting to cut another womans hair. .
I waited for 10 minutes, during this time:
- Haridresser did not welcome me or otherwise acknowledge my presence in the shop
- Hairdresser haven't started to cut another client's hair.
- Hairdresser was able to chit-chat with a friends surrounding her.
I decided to leave.
Place looked messy on the first sight and Madmoiselle is obviously not used to be providing services, At least not on the decent level.
In shortcut: Terrible service, Scheduling doesnt matter, Filthy workplace, Language-barrier
