★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha fajn - decentní a odměřená. Daly jsme si s kamarádkou lednovou kávu, která byla vynikající, jen jsme v ní trošku postrádaly zmrzlinu.
Nice service - decent and measured. My friend and I had January coffee, which was delicious, we just missed a little ice cream in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Předražené zákusky, které kvalitou neodpovídají ceně, umělá zmrzlina a hrozná obsluha, která je nejen pomalá, ale neumí se ani usmát a celou dobu se na vás mračí, až skoro přetáčí panenky, jakoby jste je snad svou objednávkou otravovali. Slovo zákaznický servis zde opravdu neznají. Kdybych mohla dat 0 hvězdiček, udělala bych to.
Overpriced desserts that do not match the price, artificial ice cream and horrible service, which is not only slow, but can not even smile, and frowns at you all the time, almost turning the dolls as if you were annoying them with your order. They really don't know the word customer service here. If I could have 0 stars, I would.
