How I had the well cleaned. I live in the Třeboň region, so I found several companies in the area dealing with cleaning and repairing wells, and I approached them over the Internet. I also heard from the well of Kaiser. A very likable, slightly funky gentleman called me the same day and wanted some basic information about the well. So I told him what I knew then. He estimated the cost of 8000 and several hours of work. I didn't give it to me and I checked the other parameters he wanted to know and immediately called him back. Football well, stone, inside diameter 170 cm, total depth 9.5 meters, of which 7.5 meters water. I said it was a little more than I told him, but that when he said 8000 and it would be VAT-free, that the guys would growl a little, but that they would do it that way. and that they will contact me. He called in about two days to arrive on Monday. On Monday he sent an SMS saying they would be arriving an hour later. Cool. I arrived home an hour later. In front of the house stood one cart with equipment, two cars and three people. Their boss immediately told me that the well was never cleaned, that it was little money, that it was a terribly big well, that what had been arranged with my father (!) Did not pay, and that it would cost 15,000 at best, more that they will do it for at least 4 hours, but maybe 2 days. Well, the blood would not cut in me, so my wife and I went to the family council, tossed information from the left, right and finally we decided with a heavy heart that yes (unfortunately very hasty decision). I also asked if it would be in installments 8000, - now and 7000, - next month. Well they played a complete theatrical etude on us, not like that, they don't do it like that, they'll come in a month ... (I should have agreed, my head would have cooled, reason would return). Unfortunately I agreed and so they started to work. They cleaned the well in about an hour and a half, so it took about 2 hours to unpack and store things. They worked in two, one crawling inside and spraying the wall, the other doing his service and the third? he was sitting in the car waiting for them. Exhaustion of the whole well was completely trouble-free, at the end of the bottom left a total of about a bucket and half brothýlku. So let's summarize: They arrived, they worked in two, left in two hours and earned 14000 as a moonlight. Yes, the whole 1000, - they gave me a friendly discount. When I saw all this, I felt like an idiot that I actually became. So I woke up that evening that I earn 3 weeks at 14000 and they have it after 2 hours in their normal work. I did not lament and the next day I called my father to ask him if it was okay. I was also told that the decisive factor in the price is the local investigation. So I asked him if he considered 14000 normal earnings in two hours. The answer was that it was adequate. If I had not succumbed to emotions, I thought of everything with a cool head, so I would easily find that it would come out significantly more cheap if I invited someone from Budejovice Prague, Pilsen or Jihlava. I had this wide possibility even with the travel included. I am not able to assess the quality of work, it will show time and laboratory analysis. But morally, I feel like a dreamy, deceived, disgusted. NEVER THIS COMPANY.
