J	Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut 500 m nördlich, hinter der mehrspurigen Schnellstraße, aber noch vor dem Mies-Fluss, findet sich im Gebäude der ehemaligen Mühle das Restaurant „Kalikovský mlýn“. Voller Vorfreude auf eine neue Minibrauerei in Böhmen bin ich an einem Montag am frühen Abend hierher gekommen. Doch entgegen den auf GoogleMap sowie auf der eigenen Website veröffentlichten Öffnungszeiten war nicht für den Publikumsverkehr geöffnet. Immerhin waren die Türen offen und ich konnte mit einem der Betreiber sprechen: Für die Allgemeinheit geöffnet ist nur von Montag bis Donnerstag für das Mittagsgeschäft, am Freitag sowie Samstag und Sonntag ist nur für geschlossene Gesellschaften wie Hochzeiten, Firmen- und Privatfeiern geöffnet. Man scheint es hier also nicht nötig zu haben, sich dem normalen Volk an normalen Öffnungszeiten zu widmen. Übrigens hatte ich geäußert, dass ich extra hergekommen war, um das hauseigene Kalik-Bier zu probieren. Der Zapfhahn hat noch getropft, aber man hat mir kein Bier angeboten (und natürlich hätte ich auch dafür gezahlt). Schade - Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus! A good 500 meters to the north, behind the multi-lane expressway, but still in front of the Mies River, there is the restaurant "Kalikovský mlýn" in the building of the former mill. Full of anticipation for a new microbrewery in Bohemia, I came here on a Monday in the early evening. However, contrary to the opening hours published on GoogleMap as well as on its own website, it was not open to the public. After all, the doors were open and I could speak with one of the operators: open to the public is only from Monday to Thursday for the lunch, on Friday and Saturday and Sunday is only open for closed companies such as weddings, corporate and private parties. It does not seem necessary to dedicate oneself to normal people at normal opening times. Incidentally, I had stated that I had come here to sample the in-house Kalik beer. The tap still dripped, but they offered me no beer (and of course I would have paid for it). Too bad - hospitality looks different!

Pan Krušina rozhodně má spoustu zkušeností, super domluva. We had a wedding here, there is a beautiful garden with a large gazebo. Nice restaurant, helpful waitresses, delicious food. Mr. Krušina definitely has a lot of experience, a great deal.

Bad qualities & attitude for ALL waiters, they will slam the dishes on you table while chewing gum with their open mouth & raised eyebrows. I saw more than 4 people leaving the place before ordering. Simply just bad & overrated. :'(
