It is a copy of a timbered house, which until 1973 stood in Turnov, but on Havlíčkovo Square, ie about 100 meters further. The house is taken care of by the city museum and organizes various exhibitions. The house was built in 2009 - 2010.

The stone house is a beautiful reconstructed building in the area of ​​the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise. Now there is an exhibition lego. We visited her on a rainy February day when there were plenty of other visitors who had the same idea in bad weather. We were absolutely not impressed, except for one larger town, the exhibition was more for boys, who even in the lower part of the house enjoyed assembling more robots or machines than girls. We left the exhibition, including the quiz with questions from the lego exhibition, about half an hour. Price of the exhibition - adult 50 CZK, child 30 CZK.

In September 2010, the so-called Stone House was opened on the premises of the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise in Turnov. This is a copy of house no. 19 from the beginning of the 18th century, which stood on the corner of today's Havlíčkova náměstí and 28. října street until April 1973. The exposition on the ground floor presents the local traditional processing of precious stones. Upstairs you will find an exhibition called Stonemasonry and Glassmaking in the work of Josef Václav and Jana Scheybal. The exhibition offers basic information about both crafts, their history and the most famous centers. It presents technology, the most common ways of processing precious stones and glass, and also shows three-dimensional products. The texts are complemented by a number of nice and above all illustrative drawings and paintings by Josef Václav Scheybal. In September 2010, the so-called "Kamenářský dům" (stoneworker's house) was opened on the grounds of the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise in Turnov.
